On March 27th, 2014 the Wild Live Tour made its way to the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, bringing with it some pretty big Canadian acts; Hedley with support from Classified and USS. Fans of all ages brought out a full house while the level of ear piercing screams from all the young ladies took over.

Toronto locals, Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker made for a perfect opener, their high levels of energy and powerful sound had fans singing and dancing  along to all of their hits. With this being their first time playing the ACC, you could tell they were stoked to be there.

Classified kept the momentum going and brought his upbeat hip-hop vibes to the stage. The entire venue felt like it was transformed into a nightclub. Fans were stoked to hear old school Wu-Tang Clan and Jay-Z tracks mixed in with “The Joker” by the Steve Miller Band. Classified’s performance was fun, and there was definitely not a still body in the house when the time came for him to play his hit “Inner Ninja”.

Finally, after fans cheered them onstage- the time came for Hedley to take over. After being welcomed out by hilarious and outrageous video’s on the jumbo-tron they stepped out opening up with “Anything”. The energy from the stage and the fans was flowing, you could feel the passion and excitement throughout the entire stadium.

Hedley performed their old hits along with tracks off of their latest release Wild Life, it didn’t seem to matter what they played; fans were singing and dancing along regardless.

“Toronto! You may be a little bit crazy, and maybe a little excessive, and you’re definitely too goddamn loud- it’s nice to have something in common with a city” singer Jacob Hoggard told the crowd.

Jacob definitely knew how to get the girls excited, especially when he joked about the possibilities of him have multiple babies running around our city.

Hedley brought a full on rock show with them to Toronto, from cheerleaders to t-shirt guns; they seemed to have had it all. The band shared a moment with the fans, where they told everyone how they wouldn’t be where they are now if it wasn’t for their loyalty. We laughed at old pictures of the band and cheered them on as they celebrated their ninth year together.

Canada, and Toronto definitely had something to be proud of with this tour. It is definitely a night that will be remembered by all.
