On a sunny and hot Friday July 25th, 2014; Rockstar Energy Drink’s Mayhem Festival made it’s way to the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto- bringing with it some of the biggest names in rock and metal. On the main stage fans saw: Avenged Sevenfold, KoRn, Asking Alexandria & Trivium.

On the Coldcock American Herbal Whiskey Stage: Cannibal Corpse, Suicide Silence, Miss May I, Mushroomhead, Texas Hippie Coalition, King 810.

Headbang for the Highway / Sumerian Stage: Bodycount feat. Ice-T, Veil of Maya, Darkest Hour, Upon a Burning Body & the Headbang for the Highway Local Winner.

Victory Records Stage: Emmure, Ill Nino, Wretched, Islander & Erimha.

Fans piled in wearing kilts and their best metal tee’s, for a day filled with headbanging and incredible tunes. At one point Matt Heafy (vocalist, Trivium) told the crowd “If your neck isn’t sore and you don’t smell like we do after all this, then you guys are seriously messed up!” I think it’s safe to say it got smelly, sweaty and real sore.
