On October 11th, 2017, A Day To Remember made their way to the jammed packed Rebel Nightclub in Toronto with support from Moose Blood and Wage War.

The first band to hit that stage we’re ADTR’s hometown buds Wage War. Some might say they sound similar to the heavier side of A Day to Remember, and alot of that might have to do with the fact that their latest album Deadweight and debut album Blueprints were both produced by Jeremy McKinnon (ADTR).

It was evident that Wage War had a strong following at this show. They brought the energy way up and had fans singing along, crowd surfing and moshing. We can’t wait for them to head back to Toronto!

Up next felt like the softer side of A Day To Remember, Moose Blood. These guys gave the room a bit of a breather as they slowed things down. It was clear that they had a lot of fans at this gig, with a big chunk of the crowd singing along.

Finally, after the crowd warmed up by singing along to the house music feat. “Chop Suey” and “Shipping Up to Boston”, the high-school varsity style backdrop was revealed and the time came for A Day To Remember to take over.

The screams from the crowd were loud enough to pierce your ear drums as they stepped foot on stage and opened with “All I Want”. It was bonkers. A Day To Remember brought Wage War’s Briton Bond up on stage to join in on vocals for “I’m Made of Wax Larry, What Are You Made Of?” and then after that, the photographers were escorted out of the photo-pit a song short due to the amount of crowd surfers. Big props to the security guards for keeping up, and even bigger props to the fans for being so damn badass!

ADTR performed banger after banger and we’re met with an equal amount of excitement and energy from the crowd. All in all the show was a huge success and left us wanting more!
